摘要
以硝酸铁和硝酸铋为原料采用溶胶-凝胶法在单晶硅基板上制备BiFeO3铁电薄膜,采用乙酰丙酮作为感光剂添加到溶液中,借助紫外光与感光剂相互作用,可以实现BiFeO3的低温结晶,防止了高温硅基板的破坏。通过对紫外辐照处理和没有紫外辐照处理的BiFeO3试样进行对比,结果显示,紫外光辐照过的BFO薄膜其光电转化效率较没有紫外光辐照的BFO高3.45倍。
The ferric nitrate and bismuth nitrate were usded as raw materials to fabricate BiFeO3 ferroelectric films on the silicon single crystal substrate with Sol-gel method,with the acetylacetone used as photosensitizer and added into precursor solution,which is to react with the aid of ultraviolet light that can decrease the crystalline temperature and can prevent the destruction of silicon substrate.Compared with the samples with or without ultraviolet light treatment,the power conversion efficiency was enhanced 3.45 times.
