咸阳市中小学生心理健康状况调查分析

Survey and Analysis of the Mental Health Status of Primary and Middle School Students in Xianyang,Shaanxi Province

采用《中国中学生心理健康量表》对咸阳市1035名中小学生进行测查,结果显示:(1)咸阳市中小学生总体心理健康情况良好,但在任一因子检出率上仍高于同类研究,且在各项目上均有一定比例的“严重问题学生”。(2)学习压力是中小学生中最严重的心理问题,其次是情绪困扰、人际关系困扰。(3)随着年级的逐渐升高,心理问题呈现出逐渐增加的趋势。小学六年级、初三年级是心理问题高发阶段。因此,咸阳地区中小学生心理健康状况仍然不容乐观,深入开展中小学心理健康教育需要关注特定群体,对严重心理问题学生需要及时干预。

The mental health of 1035 primary and secondary school students in Xianyang City was measured using the China Mental Health Scale for Secondary School Students,and the results showed that(1)the overall mental health of primary and secondary school students in Xianyang City is good,but the detection rate of any factor is still higher than that of similar studies,and in each item there is a certain percentage of“students with serious problems”in all primary and secondary schools;(2)academic stress is the most serious psychological problem among elementary and middle school students,followed by emotional distress and interpersonal relationship problems;(3)psychological problems tend to increase as the grades go up.Therefore,the mental health condition of primary and secondary school students in Xianyang is still not optimistic,and in-depth mental health education in primary and secondary schools needs to focus on specific groups,and students with severe psychological problems need precise intervention.
