24式太极拳对老年女性身体健康影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对女性老年人身体的情况进行了调研、实验和问卷调查,最终发现:参与24式太极拳锻炼的女性老年人基本都能认识到锻炼的重要性,而且是喜欢24式太极拳运动,在空余时间愿意主动参加24式太极拳锻炼;女性老年人空余时间相对充裕,体育锻炼的兴趣强烈,24式太极拳具有强身健体、预防疾病、丰富精神生活等功能,是女性老年人最适合的锻炼项目;女性老年人经常出现的失眠、眩晕在经过一段时间的24式太极拳锻炼后得到有效缓解,睡眠质量也较之前有一定提高;经常参加体育锻炼,特别是24式太极拳锻炼的女性老年人的血压和心率等健康情况优于非经常参加24式太极拳女性老年人。 Using research methods such as literature,expert interviews,and questionnaire surveys,we conducted investigations,experiments,and questionnaire surveys on the physical condition of female elderly people,and finally found that the female elderly people who participated in 24-Style Taijiquan exercises were basically able to Recognizes the importance of exercise,and likes 24-Style Taijiquan willing to take the initiative to participate in 24-Style Taijiquan in free time;female elderly have relatively free time,strong interest in physical exercise,24-Style Taijiquan has strong physical fitness,Prevent diseases,enrich spiritual life and other functions,it is the most suitable exercise program for the elderly women;the insomnia and dizziness that often occur in the elderly women are effectively relieved after a period of 24-Style Taijiquan,and the sleep quality is also better than before It must be improved;the health conditions of blood pressure and heart rate of elderly women who regularly participate in physical exercise,especially 24-Style Taijiquan,are better than those of women who do not regularly participate in 24-Style Taijiquan.
