近年来,随着时代经济的飞速发展以及科技的进步,我国传统体育逐渐成为人们关注的焦点之一,尤其是贵州苗族传统体育,不仅将贵州苗族的地域特点加以反应,也体现了苗族传统文化的特点,进而推动我国传统文化多样化的发展。主要以苗族民间文体活动打手毽为例,首先分析苗族民间传统体育的起源,其次分析了苗族民间文体活动打手毽的基本定义、特点和形式,并对苗族民间传统体育的文化特征作主要的概述,最后探讨总结苗族民间文体活动打手毽传承发展的具体策略。

In recent years,with the rapid economic development of the times and the advancement of science and technology,China’s traditional sports have gradually become one of the focuses of people’s attention,especially the traditional sports of the Miao nationality in Guizhou,not only to reflect the regional characteristics of the Miao nationality in Guizhou At the same time,it also embodies the characteristics of the traditional culture of the Miao people,and then promotes the development of the diversification of China’s traditional culture.This article mainly takes the shuttlecock of Miao folk cultural and sports activities as an example.First,it analyzes the origin of the folk sports of Miao nationality.Secondly,it analyzes the basic definition,characteristics and forms of the shuttlecock of Miao folk cultural and sports activities.The main overview,and finally discusses and summarizes the specific strategies of the Miao people’s folk cultural and sports activities.
