乡村振兴战略背景下农村学校体育人才培养目标及实现路径研究

Research on the Goal and Path of Physical Education Talents Training in Rural Schools of Guangdong Province Under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

运用文献资料等方法,以乡村振兴的文件精神为理论支撑点,通过人才振兴、文化振兴,在解读乡村振兴有关文件精神与相关文献的基础上,提出当前广东省农村学校体育人才的培养目标与路径。研究认为,实施乡村振兴有助于加快中国特色社会主义的步伐;有助于解决当下人民对美好生活的向往和不平衡不充分发展的主要矛盾;有利于实现教育城乡一体;有利于学校体育事业的可持续发展。建议:以乡村振兴战略目标为基石;农村学校体育人才可持续发展的政策性研究;以粤港澳大湾区为为辐射,加速与润滑农村学校体育人才的提升;以健康中国为大环境,全面发展农村体育学校事业。

by using the methods of documents and materials,taking the spirit of the central document on the revitalization of rural areas as the theoretical support point,taking the revitalization of talents and culture as the starting point,and on the basis of interpreting the spirit of the relevant documents and related documents on the revitalization of rural areas,this paper puts forward the training objectives and paths of the current rural school sports talents in Guangdong Province.The research holds that the implementation of Rural Revitalization is conducive to accelerating the pace of socialism with Chinese characteristics,solving the main contradictions between the current people’s yearning for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development,realizing the integration of urban and rural education,and promoting the sustainable development of school sports.Suggestions:take the strategic goal of Rural Revitalization as the cornerstone;the policy research on the sustainable development of rural school sports talents;accelerate and lubricate the promotion of rural school sports talents with Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Bay Area as the radiation;take healthy China as the environment,develop the rural sports school career in an all-round way.
