健脾柔肝活血通络方对肝纤维化患者逆转治疗及微循环改善效果

目的:探讨健脾柔肝活血通络方对肝纤维化的逆转治疗作用及微循环改善效果。方法:选择2016年5月至2019年2月收治的肝纤维化患者195例为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同将患者分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者采用复方鳖甲软肝片治疗,观察组患者采用健脾柔肝活血通络方治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后免疫功能、肝功能、血清肝纤维化、甲襞微循环指标变化情况。结果:治疗后观察组患者CD3^+、CD4^+水平明显升高,高于对照组;CD8^+水平明显下降,低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者ALT、AST、GGT水平明显下降,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者HA、PCⅢ、Ⅳ-C水平明显改善,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组除流态积分外,形态积分、管周积分、总积分均明显降低,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾柔肝活血通络方治疗肝纤维化能够有效调节患者免疫功能,起到护肝、抗纤维化、逆转治疗作用,有助于改善肝脏微循环,增强肝细胞再生功能。

Objective:To investigate the reverse therapeutic effect of Jianpirouganhuoxuetongluo prescription on liver fibrosis and microcirculation improvement.Methods:A total of 195 cases of patients with liver fibrosis admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to February 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.Prospective study method was adopted.Patients were divided into 97 cases in the control group and 98 cases in the observation group according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with compound biejiaruangan tablet,while the observation group was treated with jianpirouganhuoxuetongluo prescription.Changes of immune function,liver function,serum liver fibrosis and nail fold microcirculation indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the data of CD3^+,CD4^+and CD8^+between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^+and CD4^+in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The level of CD8^+was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Comparison of ALT,AST and GGT levels of patients in the two groups before treatment showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,all indicators of patients in the observation group were significantly reduced,lower than those in the control group,and the difference in data was statistically significant(P<0.05).HA,PCⅢ,two groups of patients before treatmentⅣ-C level comparison,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),the observation group of patients after treatment of each index improved significantly,the data is lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups in terms of morphological score,fluid status score,peritubular score and total score(P>0.05).After treatment,all the other scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpirouganhuoxuetongluo decoction can effectively regulate the immune function of patients with liver fibrosis,play a role in protecting liver,anti-fibrosis and reversing treatment,and help improve liver microcirculation and enhance liver cell regeneration.
