摘要
采用钢丝绳结构设计软件对NK35W×K19S-72mm钢丝绳进行结构优化设计,采用过共析钢86A生产1.28~3.80mm、1960MPa级A类镀锌制绳丝,对拉丝、镀锌采取严格的过程控制,可获得A类上锌量,AB类韧性指标,采用辊压法生产镀锌压实股,既满足压实股生产工艺要求,又可减少压实过程对锌层的损伤,捻股、捻绳过程中在捻制入口喷淋高滴点、高黏附性能的沥青基系列油脂可大大改善钢丝绳内部的润滑条件和持久性,采用多工字轮大串联成绳机串联生产多股阻旋转钢丝绳,并对内层绳进行锻打压实,既可提高多层股钢丝绳结构稳定性,又可提高钢丝绳的破断拉力,产品实物投入使用,使用效果大大超出客户预期,使用寿命好于进口钢丝绳。
NK35W×K19S-72 mm wire rope construction was optimized by using software of wire rope construction design,diameter 1.28~3.80 mm,1960 MPa class A type galvanized wire for rope was produced by using hypereutectoid steel 86A.The process of wire drawing and galvanizing was strictly controlled,zinc coated of Class A and toughness index of Class AB can be obtained,zinc-coated compacted strands can be produced by roller pressure method,which meets the requirements of production process of compacted strands,and reduces damage of zinc layer in compaction process.Spraying asphalt-based grease with high drop point and high adhesion at entrance of laying strand and laying rope can greatly improve internal lubrication condition and durability of wire rope.Multi strand resistance rotating wire rope is produced by using multi reel large series rope-forming machine,and inner layer rope is forged and compacted,which can enhance construction stability of multi strand wire rope,increase breaking force of wire rope,the use effect exceeds customer’s expectation greatly,service life is better than that of imported wire rope.
