摘要
介绍了控冷工艺中不同吐丝温度、辊道速度、风机开启对帘线钢LX80A盘条表面氧化铁皮厚度及结构的影响,并模拟用户机械除鳞方式对盘条进行扭转试验,研究不同试验方案对盘条扭转后掉落的氧化铁皮片状大小的影响。同时现场跟踪了用户机械除鳞效果,通过控冷工艺试验研制出适合用户机械除鳞的氧化铁皮厚度及结构。
To introduce effects of different laying temperature,roller speed and fan opening on thickness and structure of oxide scale on surface of cord steel LX80A wire rod in controlled cooling process,and simulate the user’s mechanical descaling method to perform torsion test on wire rod,Then the effects of different test schemes on sheet size of iron oxide skin dropped after wire rod is twisted are studied.At the same time,the user’s mechanical descaling effect was tracked on site,and thickness and structure of iron oxide scale suitable for user’s mechanical descaling were developed through controlled cooling process test.
