摘要
随着桥梁建设技术的发展,超大跨径的桥梁对缆索系统提出了高负荷、长寿命的要求,需要桥梁缆索具有高强度和高耐腐蚀性能。采用加速盐雾试验对比,锌铝镁合金镀层耐腐蚀性能是Galfan锌铝合金镀层的2.5倍以上,是纯锌镀层的5倍以上,同时锌铝镁合金镀层具有自修复涂层。对锌铝镁合金镀层钢丝缆索进行研究,重点对锚固性能、耐腐蚀性能和抗滑移性能进行研究,并进行试验验证,开发了满足桥梁缆索规范的锌铝镁合金镀层高强度高耐腐蚀性能缆索。
With development of bridge construction technology,large span bridges require high load and long life of cable system,which requires high strength and corrosion resistance of bridge cables.The corrosion resistance of Zn-Al-Mg alloy coating is 2.5 times more than Galfan Zn-Al alloy coating and 5 times more than pure zinc coating.At the same time,Zn-Al-Mg alloy coating has self-repairing coating.The study of Zn-Al-Mg alloy coating steel wire cable,the anchorage performance,corrosion resistance and slip resistance are mainly studied,and experiment test is done,meeting existing bridge cable specification of Zn-Al-Mg alloy coating high strength and high corrosion resistance cable is developed.
