摘要 介绍了含钛焊丝钢AER70S-G焊丝用盘条生产试制过程,通过分析各元素对焊接性能的影响,确定化学成分,选择合理的冶炼、浇注、轧制和控制冷却工艺参数等措施,形成了含钛焊丝钢的批量生产工艺。AER70S-G盘条生产应严格控制化学成分。盘条T[O]小于40×10^-6、T[N]小于70×10^-6。加热温度控制在1070℃左右,开轧温度控制在900~940℃。入精轧温度控制在(880±20)℃,终轧温度控制在(860±20)℃。吐丝温度控制在840~880℃。避免了盘条出现低温组织,保证盘条获得优异的拉拔性能。 To introduce wire rod trial production process of AER70S-G gas-shielded titanium containing welding wire steel.By analyzing influence of each element on welding performance,determining chemical composition,selecting reasonable smelting,pouring,rolling and controlling cooling process parameters,a mass production process of titanium containing welding wire steel was formed.AER70S-G wire rod production should strictly control chemical composition.The wire rod T[O]is less than 40×10^-6 and T[N]is less than 70×10^-6.The heating temperature is controlled 1070℃,and the open rolling temperature is controlled 900~940℃.The temperature of finishing rolling is controlled(880±20)℃,and the temperature of final rolling is controlled(860±20)℃.The wire lay temperature is controlled 840~880℃.The low temperature structure is avoided in wire rod and excellent drawing performance is obtained.
