摘要
为了研究某冷轧厂平整机断带问题,以工作辊与带钢为建模对象,利用有限元方法模拟平整轧制过程,结果表明,初始轧制力过大是断带的主要原因,平整机前、后张力偏大是次要原因,结合过程数据曲线分析,与实际断带工况相符。提出修订初始轧制力与张力措施,运行一年未发生断带事故,实践效果良好。
To study the problem of skin pass mill steel strip broken,the work rolls and strips are used as model objects,and finite element method is used to simulate temper rolling process.The results show that initial rolling force is too large,which is main cause for steel strip broken.In addition,high tension before and after skin pass mill is secondary cause.Combined with the process data curve analysis,it is consistent with the actual breaking condition.It is proposed to revise the initial rolling force and tension measures,and there is no steel strip broken accident in one year of operation,and practical effect is good.
