高速公路交通事故成因分析及预防

Cause Analysis of Traffic Accident on Expressway and Preventive Measures

随着我国高速公路的快速发展和机动车保有量的不断增加,高速公路管理压力逐渐增大,为对高速公路事故"减量控大",开展城市高速公路交通事故分析及预防对策研究工作十分必要。以深圳高速公路为例,首先,分析深圳高速公路发展现状和交通安全整体环境。其次,基于GIS分析平台对高速公路道路交通事故特征及其事故成因进行分析。最后,从高速公路设施提升、智能管理等方面,提出了交通安全改善对策及措施。

Express Highway management is facing a great challenge in China,with the rapid development of expressway and increasing number of car ownership.In order to prevent fatality and serious injury,it is necessary to encourage the development of traffic accident analysis and introduce countermeasures.This study has taken the expressway in Shenzhen as an example,analyzing the current stage of expressway development process and introducing a basic concept to road safety.In addition,the characteristics and attributes of traffic accidents have been analyzed,basing on the GIS analysis programme.Furthermore,the countermeasures of accident preventions have been produced from the aspects of infrastructure improvement and intelligent traffic management.
