Integration and Regulation of Underground Space Around Subway Station

地下空间建设和管理已成为城市空间发展的热点问题,本次研究基于轨道站点地下空间建设的重点因素,以及轨道站点与周边地下空间整合必然性,提出了轨道站点与周边地下空间整合的模式和内容,进一步得出整合后地下空间内部和外部控制要素具体内容,并结合建设开发情况提出要素刚性和弹性。

Underground space construction and management has became a hot issue in urban development.Based on the key factors of subway station underground space construction and the necessity of integration between subway station to the periphery,this research proposes the mode and content of integration between subway station to the periphery.In addition,this paper summarizess the content of internal and external regulations on underground space construction,as well as the rigid and elastic of regulation according to construction and development circumstances.
