全株青贮玉米饲料是将蜡熟期带穗的整株玉米切碎后,在密闭无氧环境下,通过微生物厌氧发酵和化学作用,制成的一种适口性好、消化率高、营养丰富和便于长期保存饲料。交城县雁门关农牧交错带示范区"粮改饲"建设项目实施中,项目全部过程包括项目实施设定、组织管理、监督管理及审核验收等。该文主要论述全株玉米青贮技术的注意事项、存在问题及对策。

Whole plant silage corn feed is a kind of corn feed which is cut up at wax maturity stage with ears.It is produced by anaerobic fermentation and chemical action of microorganism in a closed anaerobic environment,the prepared feed has good palatability,high digestibility,rich nutrition and is convenient for long-term preservation.During the implementation of the“grain to feed”construction project in the demonstration zone of agriculture and animal husbandry in Yanmenguan,Jiaocheng county,the whole process of the project includes project implementation setting,organization and management,supervision and management,examination and acceptance.This paper mainly discusses the matters needing attention,existing problems and countermeasures of whole-plant corn silage technology.
