瘦肉精也被称为克伦特罗,属于一种兴奋剂药物。通过在畜禽中使用瘦肉精,能显著提升畜禽体内的瘦肉转化率,曾经被广泛应用在畜禽饲料中。在畜产品中残留的瘦肉精被人类食用后会导致人们出现头晕目眩、恶心呕吐及心悸和发烧等情况,因此目前该药品已被严禁使用。但仍然部分养殖人员在养殖中使用瘦肉精,必须重视畜产品质量安全检测工作的开展。在畜产品质量安全检测中,通过对瘦肉精快速检测卡的应用,能大幅度提升检测效率和准确性,目前已在大批量的畜产品检测中得到广泛应用。该文主要论述瘦肉精快速检测卡在畜产品质量安全检测中的应用。

Clenbuterol,also known as clenbuterol,is a stimulant.By using lean meat essence in livestock and poultry,the conversion rate of lean meat in livestock and poultry can be increased obviously,which has been widely used in livestock and poultry feed.The residues of clenbuterol in animal products can lead to dizziness,nausea and vomiting,heart palpitations and fever after human consumption,so the drug has been banned.However,some breeders still use clenbuterol in animal production,so we must pay attention to the quality and safety detection of animal products.In the detection of animal product quality and safety,the rapid detection card of clenbuterol can greatly improve the detection efficiency and accuracy,and has been widely used in large quantities of animal products detection.This paper mainly discusses the application of rapid detection card of clenbuterol in the quality and safety detection of livestock products.
