Animal Disease Prevention and Control:A Prospective Study Focusing on Local Epidemic Warning and Emergency Management

该文围绕国家大数据战略,对动物疫病防控的大数据布控应用进行前瞻性研究,重点分析动物疫病防控大数据布控的美国现状和中国现状,结合动物疫病防控大数据布控的主要挑战、矛盾和突出问题,探讨动物疫病防控大数据布控的设计方案,探索以省市级疫情预警和应急管理为核心的前瞻性研究。

Focusing on the national big data strategy,this paper makes a prospective study on the application of big data distribution and control in animal disease prevention and control,focusing on the current situation of the United States and China in the distribution and control of big data in animal disease prevention and control,combined with the main challenges,contradictions and outstanding problems of the distribution and control of big data of animal disease prevention and control,the design scheme of the distribution and control of big data of animal disease prevention and control was discussed.
