畜牧业是我国经济产业中的一部分,在提高我国居民收入、促进我国经济发展方面发挥积极地作用,畜牧业的健康发展离不开畜牧兽医技术人员的辛勤付出,因此,畜牧兽医人员应具备专业的畜牧兽医技术服务与管理能力,为我国畜牧业的发展提供良好的服务。该文主要论述畜牧兽医技术管理改革的意义及存在的问题,并提出改革措施。

Animal husbandry is a part of China's economic industry,and it plays an active role in raising the income of residents and promoting the economic development of China.The healthy development of animal husbandry can not be separated from the hard work of animal husbandry and veterinary technicians,animal husbandry and veterinary staff should have professional animal husbandry and veterinary technical services and management capabilities,to provide good services for the development of China's animal husbandry.This paper mainly discusses the significance and problems of the technical management reform of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine,and puts forward the reform measures.
