Thoughts on Present Safety Status and Safety Protection Measures of Wind Power Industrial Control System

随着以信息技术为代表的新一轮技术革命的发展,互联网日益成为创新驱动发展的先导力量、国民生产生活的重要信息基础设施,电力行业作为关系国计民生的重要基础设施行业,其网络安全关乎企业长期健康稳定发展。伴随着工业化与信息化的高度融合,电力工控系统开始不断遭受外来攻击,工控系统信息网络安全受到越来越多的国内外关注,国际各国陆续发布相关政策法规与标准体系,从而进一步指导相关企业单位有效开展工控系统安全防护工作。风电作为一种典型新能源,在我国电力体系中占比日益增加,其安全性也备受关注。本文针对工控系统国内外现状、政策法规、工控系统功能层次结构特点,结合网络安全法、网络安全等级保护2.0制度体系,浅谈了风电工控系统安全防护措施的一些思考。

With the development of a new round of technological revolution represented by information technology,the Internet has increasingly become a leading force for innovation-driven development and an important information infrastructure for national production and life.The power industry is an important infrastructure industry related to national economy and the people’s livelihood.Its network Safety is related to the long-term healthy and stable development of enterprises.With the high degree of integration of industrialization and informatization,the power industrial control system has been continuously exposed to external attacks,and the security of the industrial control system's information network has attracted more and more attention at home and abroad.International countries have successively released relevant policies,regulations and standard systems to further guide relevant enterprises Units effectively carry out safety protection work for industrial control systems.Wind power,as a typical new energy source,has an increasing proportion in China's power system,and its safety has also received much attention.Based on the status quo of domestic and foreign industrial control systems,policies and regulations,and the functional hierarchy of industrial control systems,this paper combines the network security law and the network security level protection 2.0 system to discuss some of the safety protection measures of wind power control systems.
