冲击回波法在检测海上风电大直径嵌岩单桩灌浆质量的应用研究

摘要 海上风电大直径嵌岩单桩灌浆质量直接影响基础结构的安全性和耐久性,但灌浆结构位于海底,其灌浆质量检测困难。结合冲击回波法的理论分析,通过对某项目嵌岩单桩灌浆质量的现场检测,检测结果能清晰地判别出灌浆质量内部缺陷和位置。提出嵌岩单桩灌浆质量评价指标,可为其他工程提供类似经验。 the grouting quality of large diameter rock-socketed single pile of offshore wind power directly affects the safety and durability of the foundation structure.Because the grout structure is located on the seabed,it is difficult to detect the grouting quality.Combined with the theoretical analysis and field test of the grouting quality inspection of a rock-socketed single pile in a project,the test results can clearly identify the internal defects and location of the grouting quality.This paper presents an evaluation index of grouting quality of rock-socketed single pile,which can provide similar experience for other projects.
