摘要 随着“双一流”建设的深入开展,研究生教育国际化对于提升高校的国际知名度和学科建设水平尤为重要。文章在比较分析英美日韩等发达国家的学术型研究生培养国际化的基础上,基于质量功能展开理论(quality function deployment,QFD),从培养目标、课程设置、教学模式、科研实践、师资队伍、过程培养质量规格等六方面构建了“双一流”学科的学术型研究生国际化培养的创新模式,以期能对促进研究生国际化培养的规模化发展、培养更多具有国际化学术视野的高层次创新型人才提供借鉴。 With the implementation of the“Double First-Class”initiative,the internationalization of postgraduate education is particularly important for Chinese universities to boost the international visibility and develop disciplines.Comparative analysis of the academic postgraduate training programs in Britain,America,Japan and South Korea is conducted firstly.Then an improved model of international training for academic postgraduates is developed based on quality function deployment(QFD)theory.Six aspects including training objectives,curriculum development,teaching models,scientific research practices,teaching staff and process training quality specifications,are considered in the model.This research provides a reference for promoting the large-scale development of international training for postgraduates and cultivating high-level innovative talents with international academic vision.
