摘要 学分制是近年来一种新型的教育模式,将学分制应用到高校教育中能够将以往统一性人才培养模式转变为多样化的人才培养模式,从而更加适应新时代和新时代的人才培养目标和方式。因此,对于高等院校来说,应该以实施学分制为突破口来促进教学管理改革。通过分析学分制的特点及对推进教学管理改革的价值,提出了实施学分制促进教学管理改革的途径,旨在为高校推动教学管理改革提供一定的参考。 The credit system is a new education model in recent years.Applying the credit system to college education can change the former unified talent training model into a diversified talent training model,so as to better adapt to the talent training objectives and methods of the new era.Therefore,for colleges and universities,the implementation of credit system should be a breakthrough to promote the reform of teaching management.This paper introduces the characteristics of credit system and its value in promoting the reform of teaching management,and puts forward the ways of implementing credit system to promote the reform of teaching management,in order to provide some reference for the reform of teaching management in colleges and universities.
