Exploration and Practice on the Construction of Excellent Study Style for Graduate Students

良好的学风是高等学校提高教育教学质量的根本保证。能否营造一个优良的学风环境,直接关系到高等教育的科学发展和教育事业的兴衰成败。通过分析目前研究生学风建设存在的主要问题,探讨了影响研究生学风建设的主要因素。结合同济大学生命科学与技术学院的工作经验和体会,总结了在夯实优良学风建设基础、加强学术研究规范性制度建设、加强学风建设的时效性、畅通学风建设的监督渠道等优良学风建设工作中的主要举措。

A good study style is the basic guarantee to improve the quality of education and teaching.Whether we can build a good environment of study is related to the scientific development of higher education and the success or failure of education.Based on the analysis of the main problems existing in the construction of postgraduate study style,this paper discusses the main factors affecting the construction of postgraduate study style.And combined with the work experience and experience of School of Life Sciences and Technology of Tongji University,this paper summarizes the main measures taken by the school in the construction of excellent study style,such as strengthening the foundation of the construction of excellent study style,strengthening the normative system construction of academic research,strengthening the timeliness of the construction of excellent study style,and unblocking the supervision channels for the construction of excellent study style.
