摘要
高校教育教学质量最主要的衡量维度包括学术标准和社会标准。目前对学术标准的研究,在高等教育新常态背景下的关注度仍不够。通过研究发现,专业人才培养学术标准的构建要以高等教育质量观、实践价值理论、高等教育标准化为理论依据,以学生为中心、完善教育质量保障体系为价值取向,并在此基础上提出了新工科人才培养学术标准构建框架。
The quality of higher education can be measured from two dimensions:academic standards and social standards.At present,the research on academic standards has not been paid enough attention to under the background of the new situation of higher education.Studies have shown that the construction of academic standards for professional personnel training is based on the quality concept of higher education,the theory of practical value and the standardization of higher education.The value orientation is to take students as the center and improve the quality assurance system of education.And the construction logic of academic standards for the training of emerging engineering talents has been put forward on this basis.
