Reform of Training Model of Physical Health Care and Rehabilitation Professionals to Meet the Development Needs of Big Health Industry

通过对大健康产业人才需求分析,提出要加快技术服务型、复合型、实践创新性人才的培养,针对体育保健与康复专业人才培养模式,探索服务区域大健康产业发展人才需求为导向、产业、企业、学校协同构建人才培养体系、创新教学模式及教学内容、整合与大健康产业相关的行、企、校、各类教学和科研资源,创建“产、教、研、训”教学平台等改革路径。

Based on the analysis of the talent demand of the big health industry,this paper proposes to speed up the cultivation of technical service-oriented,compound and practical innovative talents.Aiming at the talent training model of physical health care and rehabilitation specialty,it explores the talent training system,innovative teaching model and teaching content guided by the talent demand of the development of big health industry in the service area,integrates all kinds of teaching and scientific research resources related to the health industry,and establishes the reform path of"production,teaching,research and training"teaching platform.
