军校实施翻转课堂教学利弊探讨

Discussion on the Advantages and Disadvantages of Flipped Classroom in Military Academy

翻转课堂是一种新兴的教学模式。分析了军校全面推行学员连队化管理后实施翻转课堂的利弊。由于军校学员集中统一管理,互联网和电脑使用受限,军事体能技能训练任务重,不利于翻转课堂的实施,但有利于小组合作学习,且学员担任连队骨干的锻炼有利于在翻转课堂中学员的自我表现。通过对“天气学”翻转课堂实施试点,提出了一些需要注意的问题。

Flipped classroom is a new teaching model.This paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of flipped classroom after the full implementation of company management of cadets in military academies.Because of the centralized and unified management of cadets in military academies,the limited use of the Internet and computer,and the heavy task of military physical and skill training,there are many disadvantages for carrying out flipped classroom,but it is good for group cooperative learning.The training of cadets as the backbone of a company is conducive to the self-expression of cadets during flipped classroom teaching.With the pilot implementation of flipped classroom teaching in"Synoptic Meteorology"in our school,some problems are put forward.
