摘要
课程是人才培养的核心,课程质量直接决定应用型本科物流工程专业人才培养的质量,以物流运输与配送管理课程为例,明确课程目标和定位,构建以工作任务和项目为载体的课程体系,设计基于能力本位的带测评标准的课标,使用积极教学法和多元评价,并加强师资队伍建设、完善信息化教学,改善校内外实训条件等措施来保障课程改革的顺利实施。
Curriculum is the core of talent training.The quality of the course directly determines the quality of training talents in logistics engineering majors of applied undergraduates.This article takes the Logistics Transportation and Distribution Management course as an example,clarifies the course goals and positioning,and builds the curriculum system of work tasks and projects as carriers,designs curriculum standards with assessment standards based on competency standards,which uses positive teaching methods and multiple evaluations,and strengthens the construction of teaching staff,improves information-based teaching,and improves internal and external training conditions to ensure the smooth implementation of curriculum reform.
