摘要
在“饮食与养生”课程翻转课堂教学模式改革的实践中,我们要求学生课前自主选择学习内容、完成知识理解与把握,课堂上在老师引导和同伴互助下探究、解决疑难问题,开展深度学习,完成知识内化。结果表明,该教学方法能够增强学生的学习兴趣,激发学习热情,提高学习效率,培养团队协作精神,还有助于开阔教师的专业视野和思考维度,更新教学观念,达到教学相长的目的。
In the practice of reforming the classroom teaching model of Diet and Health Maintenance,we require students to choose their own learning content and complete knowledge understanding before class,explore and solve difficult problems under the guidance of teachers and peers,carry out in-depth learning,and complete knowledge internalization.The results show that the teaching method can enhance students'interest in learning,stimulate learning enthusiasm,improve learning efficiency,cultivate team spirit,broaden teachers'professional vision and thinking dimensions,renew teaching concepts,and achieve the purpose of the improvement of teaching and learning at the same time.
