摘要
西医外科学的传统教学往往先将理论知识全部讲完,等到大四下学期再去医院见习。这容易使学生对枯燥的书本理论失去兴趣,也导致学生临床见习时前面所学的理论知识已经遗忘,不利于西医外科学理论和实践的掌握。西医外科学以往主要考察学生的理论知识,以笔试为主,很少将临床技能作为考核内容,也很少将教师纳入考核对象,导致考试不能反映学生的临床技能水平、教师的教学水平。因此,采用更合理的教学模式和考核制度具有重要意义。
The traditional teaching method of western medical surgery is that students complete all the theoretical knowledge first,and then go to the hospital for probation until the second semester of grade four.This method causes students to lose interest in boring book theories,and students often forget the theoretical knowledge they have learned during clinical apprenticeship.That is disadvantageous factor for students to master the theory and practical skills of western medical surgery.In the past,written tests was used to examine the students'theoretical knowledge of western medical surgery.Clinical skills were rarely taken as assessment content,and the teachers were not included in the assessment objects.As a result,the examination could not reflect the students'clinical skills and teachers'teaching level.Therefore,it is of great significance to adopt a more reasonable teaching model and assessment system.
