摘要
目前在“双一流”背景下培养高校“多元化”人才还在摸索阶段,国家鼓励创新型应用人才培养。充分发挥高校基建对人才多元化培养作用,通过学校基建、教学合作建立人才培养新模式,开辟学生理论学习与实践能力锻炼的第二课堂,让学生在基建项目实践中提升综合解决复杂工程问题的能力。大学基建为学校基础建设做贡献,同时成为学校多元化人才培养基地。
In the"double first-class"construction background,diversified talents training is still at its beginning stage,and out country encourages innovative applied talents training.We will make full use of the development of college infrastructure for talent training,establish a new model of talent training by strengthening infrastructure and teaching quality,open up second classroom for students'theoretical learning,train their practical abilities,make students to solve complex engineering problems in the practice of infrastructure projects.University infrastructure can become a base for the training of diversified talents.
