加强航空管制设备维修与管理专业士官生培养的思考

Reflections on Strengthening the Training of Non-commissioned Officers in Maintenance and Management of Aviation Control Equipment

针对部队航空管制设备维修与管理岗位人员编制与结构发生显著变化的现状,就院校人才培养问题,从航空管制设备维修与管理专业士官培养的重要性和目标着手,分析了目前本专业士官培养存在的不足,研究其产生的主要原因,并针对存在的问题提出了解决措施。

Focusing on the current situation and the problems of the ATC equipment maintenance and management education,starting from the importance and training objectives,the shortcomings of the current non-commissioned officers training in the major is analyzed.The main causes mentioned are studied,and solutions to the existing problems are put forward.
