提升高职院校外科护理实训教学质量策略探讨

外科护理实训教学是护生掌握外科护理实践操作的主要途径,其为实用型护理专业人才的培养打下了坚实的基础。但由于诸多因素的影响,目前实训教学还存在诸多问题,不利于实训教学质量的提升。为此,外科护理实训教学也应积极创新,提升教学质量,适应新时代对护理专业人才培养的需求。教师应结合临床护理实际不断创新教学方法和手段,有计划地培养护生的临床思维,提升护生的临床护理实践操作能力,为培养实用型护理人才助力。

Surgical nursing training is a way to help nursing students to master surgical nursing practice operation,and it lays a solid foundation for practical nursing personnel training.Due to many factors,the current training teaching still have many problems,that are not conducive to the practical teaching quality improvement.To this end,the surgical nursing training teaching should actively innovate,improve teaching quality,and adapt to the needs of nursing professionals in the new era.Teachers should continue to innovate teaching methods based on clinical nursing practice,cultivate clinical thinking of nursing students,improve the ability of clinical nursing practice so as to cultivate practical nursing talents.
