梅河口市某中学中学生吸烟状况调查和影响因素分析

Investigation on Smoking Status and Influencing Factors of Middle School Students in Meihekou City

目的:通过对梅河口市初中学生吸烟现状及相关影响因素的调查,为青少年控烟工作提供科学依据。采用多阶段分层整群抽样的方法,从梅河口市某中学抽取334名在校初中学生进行问卷调查,获得完整有效资料318份。结果:中学男生尝试吸烟率为35.80%,女生为16.90%,男生和女生的尝试吸烟率有统计学意义(X2=14.117,P<0.001)。结论表明:梅河口市中学生尝试吸烟行为较普遍,朋友吸烟是青少年吸烟行为的主要影响因素。

Objective:To understand the smoking status and related influencing factors among middle school students in Meihekou City,and to provide a scientific basis for adolescent smoking prevention.Methods:Multistage stratified cluster sampling method was used to recruit 334 middle school students from the middle school of Meihekou City.Result:A questionnaire survey was conducted among them.Results:Surveys showed that the rate of attempted smoking in middle schools was 35.80%for boys and 16.90%for girls,and the difference was statistically significant(X2=14.117,P<0.001).Conclusion:It is common for middle school students to try smoking in Meihekou City,and friend smoking is the main influencing factor of adolescent smoking behavior.
