0.5%吡丙醚颗粒剂居民区现场控制白纹伊蚊效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究不同剂量的0.5%吡丙醚颗粒剂在居民区防治白纹伊蚊的效果,为制定居民区适宜的灭蚊方法提供科学依据,于2019年5—10月在上海市宝山区选取3个居民小区进行实验。A小区为小剂量组,小区内的全部雨水井投放0.5%吡丙醚颗粒剂剂量为1 g/雨水井;B小区为大剂量组,小区内的全部雨水井投放0.5%吡丙醚颗粒剂剂量为2 g/雨水井,每月使用不同剂量的吡丙醚颗粒剂同时,开展伊蚊孳生地治理。C小区为对照组,每月对能清除的蚊虫孳生地开展清理整治,对雨水井不做处理。使用蚊虫停落指数法和幼虫羽化率评价控制效果。结果显示,0.5%吡丙醚颗粒剂大剂量和小剂量组的小区白纹伊蚊成蚊密度均显著低于对照组,大剂量与小剂量组间白纹伊蚊密度无显著差别,实验期间两组的成蚊相关密度指数均小于65。大剂量组和小剂量组的平均幼虫羽化率分别为0.6%和0.21%,实验期间两组的幼虫羽化率相关密度指数均小于50。实验结果表明,0.5%吡丙醚颗粒剂小剂量组与大剂量组在实验期间对白纹伊蚊的控制效果均有统计学意义,无显著差异,按每雨水井1 g的剂量使用0.5%吡丙醚颗粒剂可达到控制效果。 To study the effect of different doses of 0.5%pyriproxyfen on mosquito control in residential areas for providing scientific basis for development of appropriate mosquito control methods.Three residential areas were selected in Baoshan District of Shanghai from May to Oct.2019.Area A was set as low-dose group,1 g of 0.5%pyriproxyfen was put each catch basin;area B as large dose group,2 g of 0.5%pyriproxyfen was put each catch basin;and area C as the control group,the mosquito breeding grounds were cleaned up each month,and the catch basins were not treated.The control effect was evaluated by mosquito landing index and larvae eclosion rate.The results showed that the adult density of Aedes albopictus was significantly lower in both area A and area B than in area C(P<0.05),but no significant difference existed between area A and area B(P>0.05),and the related population index(RPI)of adult mosquito of the two groups was less than 65.The average larvae eclosion rate in B group and A group was 0.6%and 0.21%,respectively,and the RPI of eclosion rate in the two groups were less than 50.The results showed that the control effect of 0.5%pyriproxyfen granules on Ae.albopictus was statistically significant in A group and B group during the experiment,while no statistical difference existed between the two groups,indicating that the same control effect could be achieved by using 1 g/catch basin of 0.5%pyriproxyfen.
