中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,构建新时代网络思想政治教育话语体系成为当代思想政治教育不可回避的重大问题。新时代网络思想政治教育话语体系的构建要从话语内容、话语方式、话语环境三个层面着力,提高网络思想政治教育的针对性与实效性。

The construction of the network ideological and political education discourse system is an inevitable major problem in the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.In order to construct the discourse system of network ideological and political education in the new era,we should focus on three levels—discourse content,discourse pattern and discourse environment—for the improvement on pertinence and effectiveness of network ideological and political education.
