新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下肝癌的诊断与治疗策略

The diagnostic and therapeutic strategies of liver cancer under the epidemic situation of new coronavirus pneumonia

目的2019年12月以来,新型冠状病毒肺炎在武汉爆发,并迅速向全国蔓延。新型冠状病毒传染性强,人群普遍易感。如何在做好疫情防控的同时,又能确保肝癌患者得到有效的诊疗,是当前亟待解决的临床问题。笔者依据原发性肝癌诊疗规范,结合自身经验,概述了疫情当下的肝癌诊疗策略。包括门诊患者的严格筛查与诊断,肝癌患者不同分期的针对性临床实践方法,需紧急处理的情况如破裂出血和梗阻性黄疸等。有助于肝脏肿瘤专科医师在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下合理有效地开展肝癌的诊断与治疗工作。

Objective Since December 2019,novel coronavirus pneumonia has erupted in Wuhan and spread rapidly across the country.The novel coronavirus is highly infectious and susceptible.How to prevent and control the epidemic situation and ensure the effective diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer patients is an urgent clinical problem.According to the standard of diagnosis and treatment of primary liver cancer,combined with our own experience,we put forward the current diagnosis and treatment strategy of liver cancer.It includes strict screening and diagnosis of outpatients,specific clinical practice of different stages in patients with liver cancer,conditions requiring urgent attention such as rupture bleeding and obstructive jaundice,etc.It is helpful for the liver oncologists to carry out the diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer under the epidemic situation.
