3种高透氧化锆陶瓷的半透明度及颜色评价 被引量:4

Translucency and color evaluation of three high translucency zirconia ceramics

摘要 目的评价不同厚度氧化锆的半透明性和颜色特性。方法制作Katana^TM UTML(KU)、Lava^TM Plus(LP)、Ceramill■Zolid(CZ)3个品牌不同厚度(0.5、1.0、1.2和1.5 mm)的高透氧化锆试件各5枚,使用牙科接触式色度仪测量试样的CIE L^*、a^*、b^*参数并计算其半透明参数(translucency parameter,TP)。对各组TP值及CIE L^*、a^*、b^*参数值进行统计比较。结果KU的TP值为7.666~15.555,LP的TP值为7.500~14.916,CZ的TP值为6.804~15.508。不同厚度的氧化锆陶瓷的透明度存在显著差异(P<0.05),随厚度的减小而增大(P<0.05)。相同厚度下,透明率按照KU、CZ、LP依次降低。KU的L^*值与LP、CZ存在显著差异(P<0.05),亮度较LP、CZ低(P<0.05);KU、LP、CZ三者间的a^*、b^*值均存在显著性差异(P=0.05)。结论3种氧化锆陶瓷均显示较好的透明度,KU的透明度最高;3种氧化锆的透明度均随厚度减小而增加;KU的颜色最接近于人牙本质的色度。 Objective To evaluate the translucency and color characteristics of zirconia with different thicknesses.Methods Three brands of high translucency zirconia ceramics Katana^TM UTML(KU),Lava^TM Plus(LP),Ceramill■Zolid(CZ)with different thicknesses(0.5,1.0,1.2 and 1.5 mm)were prepared(n=5/group).The CIE L^*、a^*、b^* parameters of the samples were measured using a contact colorimeter and their translucency parameter TP was calculated.The TP values and CIE L^*、a^*、b^* values of each group were statistically compared.Results The TP value of KU ranged from 7.666 to 15.555,LP from 7.500 to 14.916,and CZ from 6.804 to 15.508.The translucency of zirconia ceramics with different thicknesses were significantly different(P<0.05),which increased with the decrease of thickness(P<0.05).With the same thickness,the translucency decreased in order of KU,CZ,and LP.The L^* value of KU was significantly different from that of LP and CZ(P<0.05),and its brightness was lower than that of LP and CZ(P<0.05).There were significant differences in a^* and b^* between KU,LP and CZ(P=0.05).Conclusion The three zirconia ceramics evaluated in this study show a certain degree of translucency.KU has the highest transparency,and the translucency of zirconia ceramics increases with the decrease of thickness.The color of KU is closest to the chromaticity of human dentin.
