穿颧种植用于上颌后部骨量不足种植修复的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 上颌后部骨量不足不能为传统种植体提供足够的初期稳定性,目前已有许多可供选择的治疗方法,如自体骨移植、经上颌窦外侧壁开窗植骨术、穿颧种植术等。其中,穿颧种植术避免了对骨移植材料的依赖,并且能够即刻修复,在较短的时间内恢复患者的咀嚼、发音功能和美观等。该文就穿颧种植在口腔种植领域中的应用,即刻修复与即刻负重以及穿颧种植辅助技术等方面对穿颧种植应用于上颌后牙骨量不足的研究进展作一综述。 Patients with inadequate amount of bone in posterior maxilla cannot provide enough initial stability for implant anchorage.At present,many approaches have been suggested to solve this problem,such as autogenous bone grafting,bone grafting with sinus floor elevation and zygomatic implants.Among them,zygomatic implants avoid the reliance on bone grafting materials and can adopt immediate loading,which is an effective method that ideally provides restored chewing and pronunciation functions and esthetics in a short time.This article aims to review the application of zygomatic implants in oral implant and research progress of immediate rehabilitation,immediate loading,and the assisted techniques in dental implant restoration for patients with alveolar bone deficiency in posterior maxilla.
