土石混填路基连续压实质量检验研究 被引量:7

Study on continuous compaction quality inspection for soil-rock mixed roadbed

摘要 针对现行路基压实质量常规评价指标的不足,基于路基填筑材料与振动压路机动态作用原理,提出新型路基连续压实质量评价指标——压实度值(compactness value,CMV)实时评价路基压实质量。现场碾压过程中实时采集CMV数据,碾压结束后,测量计算沉降率n,进行孔隙率e、回弹模量E0检测。分析显示,CMV、n、e、E0随碾压遍数的增加具有良好变化规律;分析连续压实结果及均匀性,得到相应的均值、标准差、变异系数,结果显示,CMV数据离散性小,更加符合路基压实度实际变化趋势,能反映路基整体压实程度;对CMV与n、e、E0进行相关性分析,结果表明,CMV与n、e、E0存在线性相关关系,连续压实指标可以用于土石混填路基质量的评价及控制。 To address the insufficiency in traditional evaluation indicators for current roadbed compaction quality,a new roadbed continuous compaction quality evaluation indicator,compactness value(CMV),is proposed to evaluate the real-time roadbed compaction quality based on the mutual dynamic impact principle of roadbed filling materials and the vibratory road roller.The real-time CMV data are collected during field rolling process.After the rolling process,the roadbed sedimentation rate n is measured and calculated,and then the porosity e and the resilient modulus E0 are detected.It is shown by the data analysis that CMV,n,e and E0 possess excellent change laws with the number of rolling passes.The evenness of the continuous compaction result is analyzed,and the corresponding mean,standard deviation and variation coefficient are obtained.It is shown by the result that CMV data are more centralized rather than discrete,more in line with the actual change trends of the roadbed compactness,and can reflect the overall roadbed compactness.The result from analyzing the correlations of CMV with n,e and E0 indicates that CMV is linearly correlated with n,e and E0.Therefore,it can be concluded that the continuous compaction indicator can be applied in the quality evaluation and control of the soil-rock mixed roadbed.
