摘要
在70%碱液蒸发过程中,如果大气冷凝器中循环水与成品分离器中380^的熔融碱相接触会发生剧烈放热反应,导致设备、管线内部压力急剧升高,高温浓碱会从设备、管线的焊缝、法兰处喷出,存在极大的安全隐患。介绍了为避免以上情况发生而采取的措施。
In the evaporation process of 70%caustic soda solution,if the circulating water for the atmospheric condenser contacts with the molten caustic soda at 380 Xl in the finished product separator,severe exothermic reaction will occur,resulting in a sharp increase in the internal pressure of the equipment and pipeline,and the high-temperature concentrated caustic soda will spout from the welding seams and flanges of the equipment and pipelines,which is a major potential hazard.The measures which has been taken to avoid the above situation are introduced.
