摘要
确定了以邻二氯苯为原料,N205-HN03 S硝化剂,合成3,4-二氯硝基苯的工艺条件:反应温度25〜30 t,N205-HN03与邻二氯苯的摩尔比为1:1,反应时间为2 h。在此条件下,产品纯度大于92.5%(质量分数)。
The process conditions for the synthesis of 3,4-dichloronitrobenzene with o-dichlorobenzene as raw material and N 205-H NO3 as nitrating agent were determined:the reaction temperature was 25〜30 Xl,the molar ratio of N 205-H NO3 to o-dichlorobenzene was 1:1,the reaction time was 2 h.Under these conditions,the purity of the product was more than 92.5%(mass fraction).
