摘要
提出防控生产安全事故的方案:纠正安全职责错位;强化技术体系建设;提高工艺风险识别能力;开展好HAZOP分析;加强安全事故防控。
The scheme to prevent and control production accidents is put forward,including correcting the dislocation of safety responsibilities,strengthening the construction of technical system,improving the ability to identify process risks,carrying out HAZOP analysis,and strengthening the prevention and control of accidents.
