基于CaO/Ca(OH)2热化学储热材料的造粒研究 被引量:3

Investigation of Granular Composite Based on CaO/Ca(OH)2 Thermochemical Energy Storage System

摘要 热化学储热技术(TCES)是一种具有储热密度高、跨季节储热等优点的新型储热技术,其中CaO/Ca(OH)2由于廉价易得的特点,具有广阔的应用前景。但是,CaO/Ca(OH)2颗粒易破碎和粒径不均的问题阻碍了其在流化床及移动床热化学储热系统中的推广。本文采用重质焦油作为黏合剂,煅烧制备了一种机械性能和传热性能增强的复合材料.研究表明,最佳的重质焦油添加质量分数和最佳的造粒压力分别为15%和0.1 MPa。分析测试表明,高温条件下,重质焦油热解形成的薄膜网状碳结构能对CaO形成有效包覆,该复合材料适用于流化床及移动床热化学储热系统。 Thermochemical energy storage technology(TCES)is a novel heat storage technology with the advantages of high heat storage density and cross season heat storage.CaO/Ca(OH)2 TCES system has a very broad application prospect because of its low cost and easy access.However,CaO/Ca(OH)2 particles are easy to be broken and the particle size is uneven,which hinders its promotion in fluidized bed and moving bed TCES system.In this paper,a granular composite material with enhanced mechanical and heat transfer properties was prepared by calcining the mixture of heavy tar and CaO.The results show that the best mass fraction of heavy tar and the best pelletizing pressure are 15%and 0.1 MPa respectively.The characterization results show that the film-network carbon structure formed by pyrolysis of heavy tar can effectively cover CaO.The composite material is suitable for utilization in fluidized bed and moving bed TCES system.
