摘要
研究接种多种丛枝菌根(arbuscular mycorrhizal,AM)真菌对滇重楼幼苗期生长指标、光合特性及生理生化指标的影响,为利用AM真菌促进滇重楼实生苗快速生长提供理论依据。采用盆栽育苗,于种子共生接种多种AM真菌后进行滇重楼幼苗生长形态、光合特性及生理生化指标的比较试验。结果表明,在种苗繁育期接种多种外源AM真菌都能有效侵染滇重楼根系,但对植株生长形态无显著影响;绝大多数AM真菌均能够不同程度地促进滇重楼幼苗期叶片叶绿素合成,提高幼苗光合能力;不同种类AM真菌对滇重楼幼苗生理生化影响不同,其中Acaulospora scrobiculata和Ambispora leptoticha能促进滇重楼幼苗进行光合作用,提高其抗逆性。
The effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM)fungi on growth,photosynthetic characteristics and physiological and biochemical indexes of Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis seedlings were studies.The root system of Paris polyphylla could be infected effectively by inoculating a variety of exogenous AM fungi during the seedling stage,but it had no significant effect on plant growth and morphology;The majority of AM fungi could promote the chlorophyll biosynthesis of Paris polyphylla,which was beneficial to the photosynthetic capacity of the seedlings.Different AM fungi had different physiological and biochemical effects on seedlings of Paris polyphylla.Two AM fungi,Acaulospora scrobiculata and Ambispora leptoticha,showed good potential to promote photosynthesis and stress resistance.
