基于配电避雷器全电流监测的系统过电压告警研究 被引量:16

摘要 近年来,对于配电避雷器全电流监测的研究已经逐渐成熟,全电流监测一般用来监测避雷器的运行及故障情况。但实际上,由于避雷器的特定伏安特性以及电流—电压关系,全电流监测所得数据值得进一步提取有价值信息。文中基于配电避雷器全电流监测研究了的系统过电压告警方案,首先提出该方案的实施技术框架,进一步根据框架需要,研究不同雷电、操作冲击电流下的节点电压,拟在建立氧化锌避雷器的全电流—电压关系库,提出了一种基于拟合曲线取点法与灰色关联相结合的电压计算方法。根据文中研究分析,当采集电流参数与关系库样本关联度达91%以上时,则采用关系库数据计算,当关联度低于91%时,则采用拟合公式计算。文中研究结果实现了基于全电流监测的过电压预警,其结果可延伸应用于更高电压等级输电线路。 The full current monitoring of distribution arresters is generally used to monitor the operation and failure of arresters.In this paper,the full current monitoring of distribution arrester is used for studying over⁃voltage alarm scheme of the system.Firstly,a technical framework of over⁃voltage alarm scheme implementation is proposed.Fur⁃ther,according to the needs of the framework,the node voltage under different lightning current and operation im⁃pulse current is analyzed,and a full current⁃voltage relationship database of zinc oxide arrester is established.A volt⁃age calculation method with combination of the point selection method of fitting curve and the grey correlation is pro⁃posed.According to the analysis,when the correlation degree between the collected current parameters and the rela⁃tion database samples is more than 91%,the data of the relation database is used for calculation,while when the corre⁃lation degree is less than 91%,the fitting formula is used for calculation.As a result,the early warning of over⁃volt⁃age based on full current monitoring is realized.
