新型航天飞行器20kW级空间电源设计

Design of 20kW Space Power Supply for New Type Spacecraft

摘要 新型航天飞行器具有用电功率大、电压等级多、用电时间长、负载变化大、回灌电能多的特点,为满足其用电需求,设计了一种基于太阳电池阵-蓄电池的具有升压、降压、能量双向流动的空间电源,采用20kW级多路双向半桥拓扑结构,利用boost电路升压,buck电路降压,并通过PWM闭环控制和引入电流连续系数,不仅能够实现能量双向流动,而且可适应不同工况和负载变化,不同输入电压下可获得不同电压恒压输出,同时具有多种故障保护功能,并研制了一台样机进行模拟试验,主要测试了几种典型工况的电流纹波、电压纹波,在升压工况下,最大电流纹波6.64%、电压纹波0.65%,降压工况下,最大电流纹波7.26%、电压纹波0.04%,特别是引入电流连续系数后,明显改善了电流纹波情况,试验结果表明,设计的空间电源满足新型航天飞行器对电源系统要求。 New type spacecraft has the characteristics of high power consumption,multiple voltage levels,long power consumption time,large load changes,and more recharge energy.In order to meet its power demand,a space power supply with boost,depressurization and bidirectional energy flow based on solar cell array battery is designed,which adopts 20 kW level multichannel bidirectional half-bridge topology structural,boost circuit and buck circuit through PWM closed-loop control and using a current continuity coefficient.It can not only realize bidirectional energy flow,but also adapt to different working conditions and load changes.Under different input voltage,different output voltage can be selected and exported at constant value.It also has a variety of fault protection functions.A prototype is developed for simulation test,which mainly tests the current ripple and voltage ripple of several typical working conditions.Under the boost condition,the maximum current ripple is 6.64%,and the voltage ripple is 0.65%,under the depressurization condition,the maximum current ripple is 7.26%,and the voltage ripple is 0.04%,especially after the current continuity coefficient is adopted,the current ripple situation is obviously improved.The test results show that the designed space power supply meets the requirements of the power system of new type spacecraft.
