连铸钢包盖结构改进及故障分析

Structure Improvement and Fault Analysis of Ladle Cover on Caster

连铸钢包盖是炼钢生产过程中辅助设备,目前使用有炼钢全程加盖和连铸自行加盖两种方式。本文结合生产实践,针对连铸自行加盖方式,分析了钢包盖对安全生产的影响因素,通过优化钢包盖结构,提升钢包盖机械手稳定性,大幅度减少了钢包盖对生产、安全、质量的影响。

The ladle cover on caster is one of the auxiliary equipment in steel-making process.Ladles are covered either during the steel-making process or only at the caster.Combining the production practice,this paper analyzes the effect on safety production of the ladle cover based on the ladle cover at the caster.By optimizing the structure of the ladle cover and improving the stability of ladle cover manipulator,the influence of ladle cover on production,safety and quality are greatly decreased.
