Study on the Precision of Shot Blasting Machine and the Blasting Quality

通过对抛丸后钢板表面产生的质量缺陷原理分析,研究了抛丸后钢板缺陷与抛丸机重点设备精度之间的关系,找出了常见钢板缺陷与设备重点精度之间一一对应的关系,通过控制设备精度,保证了抛丸后的钢板质量。

The relationship between the defect of steel plate after shot blasting and the precision of key parts of shot blasting machine is studied.The corresponding relationship between the common defects and the precision of key parts are found out.By controlling the precision of equipment,the quality of steel plate after shot blasting is guaranteed.
