电气设备维护流程浅谈

Brief Discussion on Maintenance Process of Electrical Equipment

随着科技的飞速发展,传统电气设备维护水平已经无法满足电气自动化设备的要求,需要及时对电气设备故障维护流程进行升级改善。本文通过对现有的电气设备的故障预防体系及设备检修体系现状分析,结合故障案例论述现有电气设备维护体系的优点与不足之处,指出了设备维护体系应该向精密化发展、流程管理向集中智能化发展的方向。

With the rapid development of science and technology,the traditional maintenance level of electrical equipment is not able to meet the requirements of electrical automation equipment.It is necessary to timely upgrade and improve the electrical equipment maintenance process.This paper analyzes the current situation of the existing electrical equipment fault prevention system and equipment maintenance system,discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the existing electrical equipment maintenance system in combination with fault cases,and points out that the equipment maintenance system should develop towards precision and the process management shall develop towards centralized and intelligent management.
