摘要
培训是确保企业战略目标按计划实施的重要手段,能够有效提升员工工作能力,进一步提高工作效率,保证企业战略的有效落地与实现。本文分析了培训的目的,阐述了劳务人员培训现状,通过分析劳务人员培训存在的问题,探讨应对策略,帮助钢铁企业完善劳务人员的培训方式,提高劳务人员的素质及能力,使其更好地为企业服务。
Training is an important method to ensure the implementation of the company strategic objectives.It can effectively improve the working ability of employees and further improve their work efficiency,therefore,guarantee the implementation and achievement of corporate strategy.This paper first analyzes the purpose of training,expounds the current situation of training of sub-contract workers,then analyzes the problems existing in sub-contract worker training,and finally puts forward countermeasures,in order to help enterprises improve the training method of sub-contract workers to improve their quality and ability,so as to better serve the company.
