摘要
目的了解哈尔滨市居民区大气PM2.5中多氯联苯(PCBs)的污染现状。方法于2015年11月—2016年9月在哈尔滨市居民区采用石英纤维滤膜采集37份大气PM2.5样品,用超声提取-气相色谱-高分辨质谱法测定PM2.5中PCBs的质量浓度。结果PM2.5中共检出11种PCBs,各组分质量浓度范围为0.48~6.81 pg/m3,总浓度范围为15.5~34.9 pg/m3,毒性当量浓度范围为0.105~0.552 pg I-TEQ/m3。结论该地区大气中存在一定的PCBs污染。
Objective To investigate the presence of polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs)in PM2.5 in urban residential areas in Harbin,Heilongjiang province.Methods A total of 37 air samples were collected with filter membrane from November 2015 to September 2016,and PCBs in PM2.5 were determined by ultrasonic extraction-gas chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry.Results A total of 11 kinds of polychlorinated biphenyls were detected in the samples,the levels of each components were in the range of 0.48-6.81 pg/m3,the total concentration of polychlorinated biphenyls were in the range of15.5-34.9 pg/m3.The toxic equivalent quantities(TEQs)of PCBs in PM2.5 were in the range of 0.105-0.552 pg I-TEQ/m3.Conclusion Pollution of polychlorinated biphenyls exists in the atmosphere of the investigated area.
